30 minutes, at a time you choose. You bring your situation; we work through it, answer your questions, and tell you what the next step actually is.

- We separate our fee from government and embassy fees, in writing, every time. You will always know which part of a cost is ours and which is theirs.
- We don't publish a success rate. Not modesty — a success rate nobody audits is a number an agency picked for itself. We would rather show you two specific cases and let you judge.
- We will tell you when your case is weak, or when waiting a few months would give you a better application than applying now. That advice sometimes costs us the work.
